Fantastic service from Apple!

    Thought I'd share my recent brilliant experiences with Apple to re-iterate what a fantastic company they really are:
    I recently bought a 32GB iPod touch and "recycled" my old 16GB to my wife. Unfortunately, a day after I gave her it, the top sleep button stopped working. I checked my warranty status and had about a week left on it, so I filled in a warranty request. Within a week, Apple had collected the old iPod, verified the fault and shipped a new one out, which came today. I'm guessing it's a refurb unit but it looks absolutely brand new, and my wife is delighted!
    I don't know of many (if any) other companies who would take an 11 month+ old device and swap it over with no issues at all - big props to Apple for this brilliant service :D
