Same issue here.. it worked for awhile, but stopped working again yesterday and now I can't get anything to sync over. So frustrated with Flexibits with their Fantastical 3 release.

Checked app on my AW S4 said i had no events. Long subscriber to Fantastical2. Un and Re-Installed on watch and rebooted watch and iphone. Now when I open the watch app it says to upgrade to Premium. I have 366 that I am trialing. But, like that Fantastical shows all lines on my daily event line. 366 doesn't. This last issue may have me deleting Fantastical2.

With the latest Calendar 366 update out today, I consider it a better option over Fantastical.

Landed here after a search for fantastical watch syncing issues. I have the fantastical complication on my Apple Watch face. Every time I glance at it, it shows me no upcoming appointments. This, despite the fact that I have a full day of appointments lined up. The only thing that will get the fantastical watch app to refresh is to open the app on my phone, something I rarely do to be honest. This is completely useless. All these things are supposed to sync automatically in the background. This would be crap for a free app, let alone a paid one from a company that expects people to pay a recurring subscription fee.
