FAQ/Rules link is broken - EDIT: oops, it was already mentioned

When you click the FAQ/Rules link in the MR toolbar, nothing happens. It doesn't even send you to a 404 or anything, it simply does nothing. The link is dead.

EDIT: I just noticed that someone else already started a thread about this. So nevermind.
