Fast camera app/tweak for 4.3.1

I read that Snappy doesn't work on 4.3.1. Any other app or tweak to give fast access to the camera?

I know it's not the same, but using Activator set for double tap the home button is fairly quick. This combined with SnapTap and DefaultFlashOff (hitoriblog repo) and I'm happy. 🙂
