If you have a MacBook Pro charger brick that has usb c then you’re good to go. The iPhone’s port has a maximum wattage throughput and charging at 18W will basically be as fast as charging at anything higher. The 87W chargers will work with the iPhone.

Consider using slow charging over night and in general.
Your battery will thank you for it.
Don’t jump on fast charging because it’s fancy unless you really need it.
I have a Pro Max but I slow charge it.

of course battery is insane. After 12 hours of usage it dropped to 60% and I did FaceTime, YouTube, phone calls, Facebook, web browsing.

as much as possible do slow charging.
I did the same with my iPhone 7 plus which I just traded in for the pro max. After 3+years, the phone had battery health 94%.
I only fast charged it occasionally.
