iOS Fast & easy iphone developement application

I run a local news portal some years now, I would like to make an application specific for iphone.
I have dreamweaver cs5 for many years, I use it for web development.
I am new to iphone world and I do not intend to be a full job developer at all!
I want to find an fast way-if this exists- for making an iphone version of my news site.

I would like to know all the easy and straightforward options.

For example, something like that
http://fluidapp.com/ for mac.
Specific application-browser-site, all in a few clicks and in one package-application(.app)! So simple, so beautiful.

It would be nice if I could add some more options to the iphone application but it all depends on the complexity of the tools.

I wait your suggestions.
