Sometime after iOS 15 was released, or after I got an iPhone 13 Pro, fast forward and rewind have stopped working with CarPlay. I used to be able to hold down/hold press the buttons to accomplish it, now it does nothing. Has anyone else seen this?
I’ll check when I get in my car later. Truth be told, I didn’t even know you can do that lol. I have a 13 Pro as well.Sometime after iOS 15 was released, or after I got an iPhone 13 Pro, fast forward and rewind have stopped working with CarPlay. Yes that’s correct. Or at least it used to.I’ll check when I get in my car later. Truth be told, I didn’t even know you can do that lol. I have a 13 Pro as well.
So your saying hold down the skip forward button on the CarPlay screen and it will FF?
Damn, sorry, forgot to check. I was too caught up on making it home for the ball drop with my family it slipped my mind. I set a reminder for the morning when I head back to work. Happy New Year.Yes that’s correct. Or at least it used to.
Thanks for checking.Just tested. Doesn’t work for me either. FF or RW.
13 Pro on 15.2
Did you update to 15.2.1? It was supposed to fix some touch response issues in CarPlay.Even weirder is that this does work on my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro.
Yes but it didn’t fix it.Did you update to 15.2.1? It was supposed to fix some touch response issues in CarPlay.
Lossless has seemingly created more issues than what it’s worth. Maybe that’s why Spotify still hasn’t released their implementation yet. Pulling an Apple and waiting till the technology matures.I think I’ve found the culprit. For any Lossless file, downloaded or streamed, fast forwarding and rewind don’t work. For anything else it’s fine.
