I currently have my Mail preferences set to check for new mail every minute. However, I am one of 6 tech support and one of 4 office support people. Between the 2 mailboxes, if I could have it set to 'check mail every 10 seconds', or 'constant feed', that would eliminate some of the duplicate emails we've been sending out!

Busily yours,

No real easy way to do that, unless you shared an IMAP account, then when someone opened the e-mail it would show as read on the other accounts. The only other realistic solution is to use Exchange, which pushes out the new messages when they arrive.
