Fastest charging from battery pack?

With all this talk of fast charging through Qi standards or from the wall, are there any battery packs which can support "fast charging" above others with an iPhone X? Know there are a few which support fast charging the battery pack itself, but it be nice to be able to pull some extra current from the pack to the phone to limit the time you have to keep your phone tethered to it.

I have a Ravpower Turbo 20100mAh powerpack which has usb-c out (as well as usb ‘quick charge’).

With Apple lightning to usb-c cable my iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus do fast charging. Brilliant!

I have an Anker 26800 USB-C PD. That supports USB-C power delivery standard, that’s the fastest you can go.

Would love to find something like either of these but slightly smaller (looking for pocket size, i.e. around the iPhone dimensions).

Any battery pack that charges at 5V 2.4A (12W) is pretty close to the iPad charger, which is pretty close to the speed of “fast charge”.

Just got an Anker power core 13000. Has panosomic batteries. Charged fast.
