fastest ipad conversion method

I need to put video on my ipad, just need it done faster than the current handbrake method. what settings do I need to modify to get it done faster?

I use the CineXPlayer app. This allows iPad users to load up their stash of video files -- sans conversion -- via iTunes. Been working great for everyone in my family so far (we have 8 iPads).
