iPhone Fastest way to send text from PC to iPhone 11?

are there any free apps for PC (win 10) that makes it easy for me to cope some text and then send it to my iPhone 11? Im not talking about email it to me etc, i want a really fast way with few klicks to do this.
 
OneNote from Microsoft can do this. It’s a note taking app but would accomplish your objective. there are iOS and Windows versions
 
Are you talking about Documents? Use Onedrive and install the Office apps on your iPhone. Set Onedrive as the location of your Documents folder in Windows by changing user folder locations. Then your documents will be in sync between your iPhone and Windows. You could do the same with iCloud and iCloud drive plus many other cloud drives. I prefer using Onedrive and MS Office for this due to the tight level of integration.
 
If you just want to copy some text you can just copy the text on the Mac and insert it on your iPhone (Universal Clipboard). Missed that the OP is using a Windows PC.

Maybe Google Docs or Keep? Alternatively, keep notes open in the browser version of iCloud?
 
I use PushBullet, it's available for iOS and as a extension on the Chrome store, So I can send links, photos, or notes from my pc to my iPhone instantly and vice versa, it's very useful. a second option is called Qpush. Hope it helps
