Hi!

Is this fixible? What could the issue be? Powers on and no visible damage to the chassi.

I live in EU. I received this as a gift from work and I really like this display.

do you have any other computers, especially Macs, to check this on? could be some gpu issue, I see in the screenshot you are connecting the monitor to an Intel MBP with a Radeon GPU.
 
Your computer is not technically compatible with the Studio Display XDR, so that could be part or all of the problem but even if the display is faulty, it will still be under the original warranty since none of these have been out long enough that the warranty is expired.
it's not Studio Display in the OP, it's the Pro Display XDR , the 6k monitor that came out in 2019
 
In the EU, they can do repairs on it. Be prepared to leave the display for a while, because they’ll need a heating mat and a bunch of tools to service the thing. (EU mandates it needs to be repairable, while in the US, ironically they would just swap the display assembly out.)
