Faulty Sunglasses

Got a pair of WileyX XL-1 sunglases from Rxsport
They are very comfortable to wear but they have a problem
It came with a faulty rubber on the front, too much rubbery so is sticking out
maybe a factory fault
Should i return them and get refund?

I see they have a scratch or paint fading near the linses too so they defently going back
They came like that new from the store.

If you bought them recently, and they are still under warranty, you should send them back.

How much were they?

105 Euro or around 115 Dollar.
The Rubber near nose is not a problem it will cover up when they weared only i will see it.
But the scratch or more likely a paint issue on plastic near lenses can be seen a bit when tilting the sunglasses.
It look like it comes from extreme heat or cold a problem from test factory.
I am not sure if is worth to change cost 25 dollar to send back with registered airmail
The material of sunglasses look like WileyX made them from recycled material
