Wine - any decent full bodied red
stronger stuff - Laphroaig Whisky, Bombay Sapphire Gin or Patron Silver Tequila. My absolute favorite drink is Gran Patron Platinum Tequila but it is ridiculously expensive 🙁

...once in a while a shot of tequila just hits the spot tho'. I've also just found a cheap Riesling; Cheap, but crisp, almost sweet and no aftertaste to speak of at all - very clean. Cheap and good: Best of both worlds!
