What is yours, I love tiger long time!
Panther was my personal fav -
I enjoyed the Jaguar ui. Twas' fun
I LOVED Panther... Maybe because it was such a big improvement over Jaguar, which wasn't too shabby either?...
I've reallly only known the last two versions- so I prefer tiger. Though I've always loved classic
Got to say Tiger
me too...me still love tiger long time
I also love classic.
Would have to be Tiger, as the others won't run very well on my MacBook pro
I do have 10.1 on an old iMac. It's slow because of the computer, but it's so damn glitchy! It's really pretty poor!!! 10.4 is a completely different OS in comparison...
no option for 10.0?(Puma was it?)
For me Tiger, because it rocked, but panther was cool, mostly because it was my first OS X computer
I'd say every new edition of OSX is my favorite with Tiger being the current one.
i'm running 10.2 and 10.4 on my two machines at the moment, and i prefer 10.4 hands down. its no comparison.
Gotta say Tiger, Couldnt live without Spotlight.
spotlight is nice, i like it for deleting things, but i much prefer quicksilver
Gotta be 10.1
who likes Pref Panes anyway!
I've only experienced Panther and Tiger, so Tiger gets the win for me.
Spotlight is a God send!
Panther was amazing. huge steps in my opinion, the upgrades offered by Tiger while nice and noteworthy, weren't as big of a step up as Panther was from Jaguar.
Definately Tiger... but Panther is a close second. I use dashboard often, but only for the calculator and the white pages (people) widget. Spotlight it nice, but it's not that great. I've gotta say that 10.4.6 is my favorite - it's much faster than 10.4-10.4.5.
Spotlight, the Dashboard AND Expose are used by me all the time... I really am a sucker to Apple gadgets...
I only used Panther for a month or two so I had to go with Tiger because of it's additional features. Panther was more stable to start of with, but Tiger is fine now.
Well Tiger is the only version of OS X Ive used so I had to vote for that, but as I was contemplating switching Jaguar had a ton of features that would of switched me over.
10.3 was a great OS it was so much better then 10.2. Its a must upgrade to expose is great. Whenever I got to a windows machine I am mad because I can't switch windows as easy. 10.4 is still my most favorite though, but only because it has everything 10.3 has and more.
Tiger obviously, but I voted Cheetah as she was my first.
Completely agree. Whilst Tiger is great (and the OS I voted for), Panther represented the best advances over its predecessor and the competition in terms of stability and features IMO.
