iPad Favorites on iOS 9

Anyone know if they fixed the favorites in iOS 9 on the iPad?

Every time I select a favorite and go to a web page, the favorites never close. It never did that on iOS 7, but it has on iOS 8. I have even did a clean install with no back ups with iOS 8 and I still get the same thing.

It would be nice if the favorites would close automatically after selecting a website.
