i know this must have been posted before many times, but since i'm on a modem right now (on vacation) i can't search through the forum, so i apologize. so far, i've been using Safari mainly for my browsing, when that got a bit slow or stuck with some pages i've been dropping the link on Camino, which i also like a lot. Firefox is the best for pc but i just don't like it on the mac, and i've also got Opera just for testing my websites and so on, haven't really used it much on a day to day basis. the thing is i just got the new (2.2) version of Shiira and i really like it! i haven't gone through it thoroughly yet, but it looks really cool and fast! i downloaded a version of it when i first got my mac around a year and a half ago and didn't know what to make of it... this one however is uber cool! what do you guys think? do you just stick to Safari or play around like me? thanks ps. is there a way to import my delicious bookmarks to shiira?
i've used Safari in the past, and try it again here and there, just doesn't do it for me. Firefox is worse. Camino FTW!
Depends on the platform, but I just can't tear myself away from Safari on OS X or Firefox on Windows.
i am talking about OS X of course, this being a mac forum i just think that all these browsers each have a little something that makes me like them but i just don't know which one to stick with. the only method i've found for importing my delicious favourites so far is Delicious2Safari which does rock. i really don't like using firefox on my mac though... any arguments to which browser is better/best?
i kind of partial to bowser, jr. myself. oh, did you mean browser? hmm, i like safari. i'm using the current beta of 3.0, but it's still a bit too buggy to completely love it.
I've tried Safari, Firefox, Camino and Opera. I prefer Safari though, just because it's there, it's decently fast and it has all the features I need. I'm using the Safari 3 beta.
