FB-DIMM DDR2 800mhz in Original Mac Pro

Hey guys can you use the above RAM In a 2006 Mac pro? Without it being down clocked to 667mhz?

You can use it, but it will run at 667MHz in a MacPro1,1.

Yep, I've tested that using 8x 4GB Micron 800 MHz sticks. Now I'm using the same modules in Mac Pro 2008 and they work at 800 MHz 🙂
