FCE window layout

Just loaded up FCE and for some reason both the canvas and timeline windows have gone and I can't get them back ,

I have tried going to windows but they are both shaded so I can't select them, also tried clicking standard layout with no luck,

any ideas

really annoying aint it!?! i had this. in your 'bin' where captured footage is just double click 'sequence 1' and that should work.
