Agenda (subject to change)

6:45PM - 7:00PM - "The Future of Digital Cinema" - Paul K Miller
Owned and operated by USC, the Entertainment Technology Center is arguably
the world's finest Digital Cinema Theater. Theater Operations Manager, Paul
K Miller will show us all why by screening the ETC's "Demo Reel." And oh
what a demo reel it is. You do not want to miss this.

7:00PM - 7:15PM - "AJA, FCP and the Super Bowl and World Series" - Ted
Schilowitz
If any of you out there watched the World Series and the Superbowl this
year, you watched a lot of Final Cut Pro HD in action at the highest and
most demanding levels. No second chances here - so when Fox wanted to
experiment with cost effective non-linear editing systems in the broadcast
trucks for pre-game and in game use, they went to AJA video and their brand
new Kona2 card. Ted Schilowitz, Worldwide product manager for the Mac gear
from AJA (also known as "the iTed") was on site for the pressure cooker of
the Superbowl, and will show off some behind the scenes HDV footage and
still pix of the systems in action, and tell us some fun stories of how it
was done.

7:15PM - 7:45PM - Soundtrack Pro - Alec Little
STP Product Manager Alec Little will take us through this most unique
"visual" audio editing and sound design application that may be best
described as "Whoa! Sweet," a phrase heard over and over again at its recent
unveiling at NAB2005.

7:45PM - 8:30PM - Final Cut Pro 5 - Brian Meaney and Paul Saconne
FCP Product Designer Brian Meaney and FCP Product Manager Paul Saconne will
take us on a tour of as many of the new features in FCP 5 as we can cram
into 45 minutes.

8:30PM - 8:55PM - Break
A chance to stretch your legs meet and greet one another and search
Hollywood Blvd for food. ProMax and Gefen will be in the lobby showing off
the latest toys and answering questions. In addition, FCP Gurus will be
manning the Guru table to help solve any Final Cut or Pro App problems you
may have.

9:00PM - 9:45PM - Q and A and Feedback - All of YOU
This is the fun part. This is a rare chance to get answers to your questions
from some of the folks who built FCP and Soundtrack Pro. It's also your
chance to tell them what features you would most like to see in future
releases. The better your questions and feedback, the better this portion of
the show. So make it count.
