FCP 5 to FCP 4.5?

Hey all,
I'm in the unfortunate position of having to move a project I was working on from my FCP 5 machine to another machine running FCP 4.5. As FCP projects are not backwards compatible, I'm not sure about the best way to do this. Would exporting/importing an XML file work? Can I do this for my entire project or just a specific sequence?

Also, I'll definitely have to collapse all multiclips, right?

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

I don't have experience with this, but I think you're going to have to use an XML file or an EDL file.
