FCP Error

Hi friends
i just bought M4 Mac Mini with pro bundle apps, as i try to open the FCP it gives me error and cant find the solution, i tried removing and re-installing but same thing happening, please do help

Don't understand what the issue is. Click "Do not warn me again" and then "OK". Done.
