FCP Help

Hey guys, need help once again, my desire is to creat something like the start (circle spinning) of this video..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oN_aZqJqtyM now this guy tells me that he's done it on vegas video, of which i have no idea is, however i'm wondering if its possible in FCP? I've fiddled around but not sure how?
