Hadn't used FCP for a couple of months... now it is crashing immediately before the app even fully opens. I installed FCP Rescue and trashed the prefs. Still insta-crashing... Any ideas before I try reinstalling FCP?

same thing happens to me, i trashed the preferences and did everything under the sun to get fcpx to launch and it wouldn't.. I narrowed it down to a corrupted project file, when I don't load that project everything works but when I load it fcpx INSTANTLY crashes... I have a Hexcore w 32GB of ram and fcpx eats up have of my memory when nothing is happening.. hopefully the next update will make fcpx more stable but I love the speed of fcpx but im using fcp7 again for now.
