FCP to iDVD

Basically - what's the easiest way (settings, etc) to export a 120 minute, 16:9 project in FCP to iDVD?

I tried with a Quicktime file... but at 25 odd gig, it was a tad large for a DVD.

Use Compressor to adjust your settings, and then export your video. That's what it's there for, and that's why it's named what it is. 😉

Yeah, it just seems a bit... daunting 🙄

I've just read that iDVD doesn't support MPEG-2, so what format/settings would you recommend using? Looking at the defaults in Compressor, I'm finding it hard to strike a balance between huge (Quicktime and DV streams) and tiny (iPod) file sizes.
