FCPX 8k export only 50-60% of M1Max cpu load?

Hi,

I am editing and exporting 8k to h264 file with Phantom LUT and no corrections as a test with new M1 Max fully specced out.

I see CPU load only about 50-58% and GPU load at about 20-40% with VTencoderxpc service at about 570% CPU.

while 8k export is way faster than 2019 Macbook Pro 13" i7 it is slower than I expected and wondering why M1MAx not maxing out the
cores.

14"? It's power throttled, apparently, so sometimes you don't get the full use of the hardware.
