Hi

I WORK WITH THE FCPX 10.6.5 VERSION
when I insert a clip from the library project into the timeline, the colors of the clip change after inserting it into the timeline. The entire clip will lighten up. (these are 2 clips that play an important essence of the script in the film) Thanks for the tip, advice, recommendation.. Vlad

Then you are inserting an iPhone clip shot in HDR (Rec. 2020 HLG) into an SDR (Rec. 709) timeline. You need to convert it to the correct color space. Which the dialog window that will have popped up will have told you, no?

Apply the "HDR Tools" filter and set it to "HLG to Rec. 709". Done.

You'll want to turn HDR off in your iPhone camera settings, too.

Thanks a lot. Obviously yes I missed the popped up window. Anyway your advice was super ease, thank you!
