I really am frustrated. I had a mid-2010 MacBook Pro, and I got Final Cut Pro X, and it kept kernel panicking. I thought, "Well, okay, it's not a powerful machine, maybe if I bought a more powerful iMac, it wouldn't crash." I guess I was wrong. I have a Mid-2011 21.5" iMac (2.7 Ghz i5, 12 GB RAM, OSX 10.8.2), and every few months, Final Cut Pro X starts to crash for no reason. I usually reinstall it, and it fixes the problem, but this time, reinstalling hasn't fixed the problem. Deleting the preferences also hasn't fixed the problem, and I have no idea what's wrong with it. It'll open fine and run fine, but when I try to drag a clip longer than 30 seconds into the timeline, it just crashes. It's been super frustrating, and if anyone knows what this error code means, or can tell me how to fix the problem, please tell me what the problem is:

Could you tell us what version of FCP-X you are using? Also does the fault occurs when using that particular clip?
