Its kind of weird.
It crashes many times and then exports once out of 10 trials.

Do you want me to restore the whole mac ?

...no matter how I try to export, the FCPX is crashing and even MBP is goes into panic reboot situation...

If MacOS is crashing or hanging you may have a deeper underlying issue. Due to OS protections a user-mode app generally cannot crash the OS.

Make sure you have plenty of free disk space. Run Apple Diagnostics. Note: an error-free pass is not a "clean bill of health" - the test is rudimentary. However if it finds a problem that's generally serious: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202731

Run Disk Utility First Aid on all volumes - doing this on the boot volume should be done in recovery mode: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314

If you have never rebuilt Spotlight Indexes, do that: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201716

A malfunctioning MacOS kernel extension can also hang or crash the OS. If you're familiar with terminal you can check for all 3rd-party kernel extensions with this command. If you see something you don't recognize, investigate. If a 3rd-party kernel extension is loaded you forgot about, see if there is an updated version or whether you still need it.

kextstat | grep -v com.apple

Why is SIP disabled?

If you are exporting directly from FCPX to Youtube, try exporting first to a disk file, then upload to Youtube in separate step.

The issue is happening from specific USB-C ports if the SSD is connected to that.
Only one USB-C port, is actually rendering successfully after 2-3 trials.

And I can see, if a file background render is not completely, and I try to export, it immediately fails and crashes.

But this never happened before.
