FCS "Two Up" feature in After Effects CS5.5

Hey guys, I am doing a lot of animation in After Effects and using the 3D cameras and such. I am looking for a similar window setup like Final Cut Studio has, where I can preview my camera in one frame and the entire canvas (in 2D) in the other frame. Any help?

As in changing the tab next to your view (active camera, etc) from 1 view to whichever one you want, such as 2 view with camera being one and front being the other?

Please explain. There is no 3D Camera in any FCP version.
