FCX final cut audio ducking

iMovie has this feature. Are there any plugins or workarounds? I doesn't work well and takes a painstaking long time if you were to do it for every sentence manually..

Maybe you can ask Siri to do it with Mac OS Sierra.

FYI, Siri said "that may be beyond my abilities at the moment'.
I said well, imovie can do this...
Siri just blanked me...
