Feature Idea: Customizing the Side Button Double-Click on Apple Watch SE

I have an Apple Watch SE 3 and really favor the idea of the action button on the Ultra series. I was thinking if one software update can bring a feature where you can double click the side button and instead of it opening, only the Wallet app it opens an app of your choice (ex. workouts) just like the Ultra series. I think this update will bring more curious people (and people who have an existing Apple Watch that is not an Ultra series) and now the Apple Watch will have a new double click feature which has been only available for the more expensive models.
I have already feature requested this to the Apple website and would love more people to request.
