Features missing on S3 with WatchOS 5.2

Just read on another apple news site that the Series 3 does not have Raise to Speak option for Siri...

So I now see there is more than just hardware changes such as S4 64-bit Dual-Core and ECG ( does not work in Canada yet ) .

Is there any other OS 5.2 features only on S4 ?

So it seems article I read on appleinsider is incorrect?

Series 3 I ordered will come in on monday, will check at that time.

Is there any article with list of all OS 5 and 5.2 changes?

Raise to speak doesn't require the "Hey Siri". I don't believe the S3 supports that feature. It absolutely supports "Hey Siri", just not speaking to Siri without waking it first.

I raise my S3 in a certain way and speak and Siri activates automatically.
