The wallpaper is all over the place. Try Interfacelift. I always come back to this because it's simple and doesnt interfer with whatever I'm working on.

Mine for the month (pretty much same as last months). Top left corner is done with geektool, if you want something similar there is a very good guide on page 64 of the geektool thread on this forum. Icons I believe are a set called Carbon, which *I think* I found on deviant art. The Indicator lights are called gas stove indicators, again found on deviant art. Bottom left corner is Bowtie, theme is Minimal Mod. Original image is attached. 😉
