Got it from Astronomy Picture of the Day, where I get most of "my" space pictures.

This in particular is the Helix Nebula, and you can read more on the APOD entry for Dec 29 2004. Just click the image for the large version. In this case very large. I had to crop it to make it fit the screen better...

Come on, wasn't it awesome to see Dave Andreychuk raise the Cup for the first time in his 22 year career? It was a lot better than it would have been if Jarome Iginla was the one raising the Cup.

Although I wanted Calgary to win, I was happy seeing Andreychuck raising the cup. He deserved it.

I would've been more than happy seeing Iginla with it, and even more happy seeing my favorite goalie, Miikka Kiprusoff, with it. It was just incredible for Calgary to make it that far. The last Canadien team to make it into the finals was Vancouver in 1994. Ten years is a long time. Although it's been even longer since my favorite team, Boston, made the finals.
