Fecking annoying CPU throttle under XP

I noticed that the Macbook Pro (new alum, but probably all of them) throttles the CPU in XP under Boot Camp.

Is there anyway to disable this and have it run full speed at all times? There's no real BIOS per say, to access so I have no idea where this would be enabled/disabled under boot camp.
