I believe it is a known problem. After waking from sleep my Macbook Pro does not hook up with the Wi-Fi. I have to constantly turn Wi-Fi off and on again! And it is so sluggish! My old Macbook Air with the earlier OS is far far quicker! My Macbook Pro is only six months old!

Is there a new fix?

Where can I report this issue direct to Apple?

The release of El Capitan (Sep 30) might help.
