Fed up with my Macbook Pro stalling!

I believe it is a known problem. After waking from sleep my Macbook Pro does not hook up with the Wi-Fi. I have to constantly turn Wi-Fi off and on again! And it is so sluggish! My old Macbook Air with the earlier OS is far far quicker! My Macbook Pro is only six months old!

    Is there a new fix?

Where can I report this issue direct to Apple?

What OS X version are you using?

What have you tried so far?

    To report to Apple, feedback@apple.com

The release of El Capitan (Sep 30) might help.
    Contact Apple Support:

Your MBP is 6 months old and you have a 1 year warranty.

Exchange your MBP. It definitely has a faulty WiFi chip.

    Thanks
Ive upgraded to El Capitan and so far so good! Speed is superfast and not (yet?) 'searching for networks'.

Alas, it still struggles when awaking from sleep. I have to turn off Wi-Fi and turn it back on still.

But once in use it is so fast!
