My iphone was shipped via Fedex. Does someone need to be at home to sign for it?
I was going to respond and letting you know that both of my 3G S were dropped off on separate occcasion by FedEx without signatures.I decided to take the day off from work to wait for the Fedex delivery. Fedex arrived at 2:30 PM - long wait. The driver handed me the package, & started walking away. I asked if he needed a signature, & he said "No". I'm now charging the iphone.
Actually I disagree. This thread is another solid proof of people simply responding without fact.
It's not up to the driver. If a signature block is required, FedEx is obligated to show proof of signature, unless the driver forged the signature. So base on this thread and according to you, at least 5 different drivers must have forged the signatures.Definitely had to sign for mine.
As you SHOULD HAVE TO by Apple's and Fedex's rules. Whether the driver follows that or not is his (could be yours) problem.
