Looking to see if this has happened to anyone else... I ordered a MBA 1.8/80 and I've been following this forum for the last 2+ weeks just like everyone else. Just like a bunch of you, my MBA left Shanghai on Feb 4th and scheduled for a "Feb 12th" delivery (which is wrong). Well, to make a long story short, it arrived at LAX on Feb 6th early in the morning. The tracking results had not been updated since it left Indianapolis so I called FedEx. They told me it would be out for delivery Thursday Feb 7th by 10:30am. It never came called FedEx and they said it had not been updated since it arrived at LAX. They tried to run a "trace route" and they cannot locate it. It's now being "researched" by the lost and found dept. I think it's lost and found its way into someone's trunk. I called Apple and they were very supportive and helpful. We'll see how much so if it is confirmed "lost" by FedEx. This is frustrating beyond the pre-order vs. pick up at the store scenarios others have mentioned here. It may be another 2 - 3 weeks before I even get my MBA! Hope it doesn't end up that way.
