Ohh! This is the same form I used for my uMB when shipping was thru UPS, so it must be a specific Apple thing. AT&T must not want to deal with any liability.

Maybe leave a nicely worded note on the door and sign 🙂.

what kind of link are you getting when you click? is it a generic one with personal info attached or just a jumble of numbers?

You can put a note on your door asking them to leave it, with your signature on it. They will leave it in most cases.
