FedEx Express National Service Disruption for Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011
The Memphis hub and flight operations experienced substantial disruptions last night due to icy weather conditions. Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, the money-back guarantee is suspended for U.S. packages and shipments inbound into the U.S. from international locations with a delivery commitment of Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011.

So im guessing im not getting my iPhone tomorrow then right?
I think their tracking is being a little wonky lately
In my experience, sometimes it reaches the final sorting place in the wee hours the morning before delivery. What is your projected delivery date? If it still shows the 7th you should still be getting it on Monday.

That last part has to be error, there's no way it went from Ontario to Oakland and then BACK. I think us angsty iPhone purchasers are killing their system.

Most likely something in their system re-scanned your item (as far as it was concerned) so it updated again. Maybe they typed in something wrong in their system and the wrong batch of items got scanned into the location (as far as tracking goes).

We ordered this on February 3rd and this included free Standard Overnight Shipping-Next-business day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
The 3rd was thursday so shouldn't it have been delivered on friday?

I am supposed to receive my iPhone from Fedex on February 8th.
I finally got my tracking number from Verizon tonight since there website is having a lot of problems lately with too many people accessing their site.
I went to Fedex for the tracking information, and my package is at Memphis, Tennessee with a delivery date of February 8th at 3 pm. I hope it does arrive since Memphis has been getting a lot of freezing weather lately. It's a good thing that I have Tuesdays off, so I can accept this package without any problems.

Overnight Shipping is based on when UPS/Fedex picks up the items. If its after their cutoff for that day it is considered the next.
They only count that "as the day" if it's picked up by UPS prior to 8pm local time.
Most of ours were picked up after. In my case my Origin Scan shows the following
They printed the labels earlier, but shipping is based on when it's actually picked up. Due to the amounts most likely they all shipped out very end of the night.
So I'm good to go?

My tracking shows the same thing. It went back to Ontario, CA from Phoenix. It "left Fedex" in Ontario at the second time just like yours did. In fact it also left at 8:30pm just like yours did. I am going with a fluke in their system. It still shows delivery today.
I'd definately say (er...hope) it's just something up with the tracking. My phone left Ontario at 6:00 am and again at 8:30 pm. There were no other "steps" in between.
Mine arrive FedEx about an hour ago. Even though the tracking system never said it went out on the truck for delivery. It said it arrived at local facility and then it was delivered.
Fedex was suppose to deliver my phone by 3 PM today! At 3:16 PM I get a tracking message saying that the package was just put on a truck for delivery! I doubt I will get my phone today! My husband is on the phone with customer service yelling at their poor service!
