Fedora core 17, failed boot on MacBook pro 2011

Hi
just like to have fedora core 17 on my mac book pro with dual boot together with OSX & trying multiple times with no success, after installing that and pressing the OPTION button I see no fedora core boot, while my friend's mac is more new than mine & installed it with no problem .
I have 2,8 identifier and updated my EFI and with no success again.
I bored to dead!
Do you guys have any idea how to solve that problem?
p.s: it's notable that I don't want to use the **** REFIT on my mac any more('cuze it's simply a bug city!)
