iOS Feed Reader App - Problem in xcode 4.2

I'm a newbie ios developer, and I want to make an RSS feed reader app. I've tried following several tutorials, but since I want to start development with xcode 4.2, I face problems choosing the right project template and finding the mainwindow.xib, etc.

Could you please help me?

As I've suggested before to others, if you are just starting out and trying to follow educational material based on Xcode 3, get yourself a copy of Xcode 3 to use (or find tutorials based on Xcode 4; not always that easy).
