I should never recommend deleting an essential part of the operating system.

I never installed the beta, and I too have Feedback Assistant installed.

Me no think so. I had a botched download that had it, but I did a clean install and it was gone

I upgraded from Mavericks to the release version of Yosemite and the Feedback Assistant pulls up in Spotlight. It exists on my Mavericks machine as well.
