Few Pages '09 questions

1. It uses helvetica at 12 and for ehader and footer at 10, how can I change it so it dos Times New Roman at 12 all throughout

2. I always have to select fit width when i open it up, where can i have it so it automaticaly is set ot page width

To use Times 12 pt throughout, I had to set up a new template. Not sure if there is a different way.

All alright, but what about the fit width thing?

EDIT: found out i can fix that also by saving it as a template
