Ok, since there's no sign of the new iMac and it'll be probably at least a month before we see anything (just like with amazon & MBP) I'm starting to consider other options.
Option 1: Get the current 27" iMac with the OVERPRICED ssd
Option 2: Get a MBP 15" with a 128GB ssd & a Cinema Display & a mouse & keyboard
This will be my 1st mac, so I have no idea how the prices drop after a refresh comes out. By how much the price usually drops on the iMac when a refresh comes out? The reason I'm asking, is that when I come to upgrade later on (hopefully to another mac), I won't lose too much. I'd rather spend a bit more now e.g. on option 2 & know that it won't lose that much money
