Few questions switching to 3.0

If there's a thread about this already then I'd appreciate a link being sent directly there..

Is there a way to update the touch directly to 3.0 from an app on Cydia. If not, Do I have to unjailbreak my ipod in order to update to 3.0 or can I just update it while it is still jailbroken.

Im not trying to hit the update button so I'd also like to know if it's free...Thanks for ur replies

i think that's ilegal in a way.😛

but most likely, just unjailbreak and pay $10 and update it. the old fashion way.😉
