I have an early 2008 MacBook Pro. In the past few weeks, the keyboard prints a pressed key several times. Like when pressing "f", "ffffffff..." will print until I click another key. Though the key physically is not pressed anymore. This seems to happen to any key and only sporadically (say, once every 20 minutes). Trackpad clicks and movements are not recognized sometimes as well. For example, I would need to click a couple times or try scrolling multiple times for the cursor to react. Once again, sporadically.
From searching, one possible explanation is a loose connection for the keyboard/trackpad. I have not spilled any water on the computer. However, I travel frequently and it's possible it's been hit knocked a few times (but never dropped).
Has anyone had similar issues?
