ffmpegX not converting

I'm try to convert a asf movie to a mpeg4 movie, so I can put it on my iPod. I press encode, then it says finished in less than a second, and it doesn't appear on my desktop. So I click on Info and it gives me this message.

Seems that stream 1 comes from film source: 1000.00 (1000/1) -> 29.97 (30000/1001)
